How long between IPL treatments for hair removal?
In the first 3 -5 treatments, do one treatment every 2 -3 weeks, in the following 6 -8 treatments, do one treatment every 4-6weeks.In the maintenance period, do one treatment every 2-3 months for areas with hair regrowth.

Caution – this mini IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device works and as such you need to treat it with care and caution:
During operation of your IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device, do not look directly laser light as you can permanently damage your eyes. You also should not use this mini IPL device when other people are in the room due to the risk of them looking into the laser end of the IPL.
During operation of your IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device, the skin does not need be covered with gel. With this device if you use gel you can damage your mini IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device.
When starting to use your mini IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device please do a test in an area that is not easily seen to see how your skin will react. In case of photo-sensitization, please stop the treatment immediately. During treatment, it is normal for skin to become slightly red. You can add a ice compress to cool the skin after treatment.
Adjust the energy setting from low to high. Provided that the skin is not damaged, the higher the energy level is, the better the result will be.
Keep your skin moisturised and protect it from sunburn after phototherapy. We also highly recommend that you use our XLC Vitmin C&E serum which is a very strong anti-oxident that will reduce the chance of pigmentation and will also stimulate collagen and elastin and speed up skin healing.
The mini IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device is not water-proof, so please do not use it in bathtub, shower or any other places in which the device can get wet.
In case of any damage to the outside case or window, do not use it. Damage due to dropping, rough treatment or immersion into water will not be covered by the 12 month warranty.
Avoid keeping your mini IPL Hair Removal and Photofacial Device in places where there is a strong magnetic field or electric wave. Do not keep it in places of excess moisture and dust like bathroom or kitchen, or places with high temperature.
Do not clean the device with a wet cloth or immerse in water. Please use dust-free soft dry cotton cloth to clean it gently.
Please clean the head window immediately after using using medical alcohol on cleaning cotton to clean and sterilize the head window. Never spray alcohol on the head window directly.
Please do not purchase this device if you have a very dark skin colour. You must also keep out of the sun if you are doing these treatments. If you think that you are a Fitzpatrick Skin Type 4,5 or 6 then it is not advisable to use an IPL machine without professional supervision.
